Response to Valid Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

2. Notify the user who uploaded the content about the takedown.
3. Terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
EmbVid maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
