By accessing or using EmbVid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
EmbVid provides cloud-based video hosting, transcoding, and streaming services. We offer adaptive HLS video delivery, embed player functionality, analytics, and API access for developers.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload, store, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. By using our service, you grant EmbVid a limited license to store, process, transcode, and deliver your content as necessary to provide our services.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Pay-as-you-go usage is charged based on actual bandwidth and storage consumption. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary downtime due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits and fair usage policies. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in throttling or suspension of API access.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, your videos and data will be deleted within 30 days. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
EmbVid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
